What cut are you using for the chicken fried steak? I always use cube steak. BTW, I learned how to make it from you. I'll say that I borrowed a little from Stalekracker by mixing flour and pancake mix for my breading. The secret to my white gravy is bacon grease. My wife begs me to make it all the time.

I've been watching Cowboy Kent for a hot minute. Only recently came across Uncle Roger, but I'm fairly certain I'm going to need a new spleen after laughing at his jokes and watching Cowboy Kent processing Uncle Roger's swearing and sense of humor. I love cowboy Kent, he honestly reminds me of my dad. My dad would always take his cowboy hat off after I got home from my second deployment, I always told him to stop but he said โyouโve earned my respect and Iโm thankful for youโ. But Iโll say I was kind of cringing with some of the cussing and dirty jokes. But Mr Kent rolled with it and they both made a great energetic and funny video here! Congrats to both! Cowboy Kent is the real deal! I loved this video and the collab was FANTASTIC! Been a subscriber of Cowboy Kent for many many years and tried many of his recipes. Found Uncle Roger last year and I am terrified to mess up fried rice. (My partner makes his in a cast iron pan). So good. So SO good! Thanks for a good time, Uncle Roger!
