They had to pay massive fines for their speeches cuz their government thought those speeches were inappropriate and not respectful to the Chinese government or armies. however, those speeches weren't allowed to record during the shows but someone did it. So yeah, I'm guessing if that's one of the reasons that Uncle Roger talked about these things 🤔

Social credit is apply when you borrowed money legally from crediter such as bank etc, and refuse to pay back by contract, offen can be seen from company lending or constructors borrows for project development, sometimes it related to fraud offences, that is when the social credit comes out, which means people who is responsible for pay back the money, such as company director etc, they will get a notice from Court, to stop or limit their ability to use public transport like plane or trains (so they cannot running away or go oversea), as well as their future ability to lend more money from bank (unless they clear all the overdue liability). --- So keep lying and misunderstand this topic as long as you happy
